Tobey Maguire is an American actor and film producer. He played the title character in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy (2002–2007), and later reprised the role in Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021).
His leading roles include Pleasantville (1998), The Cider House Rules (1999), Seabiscuit (2003), Brothers (2009), The Great Gatsby (2013), and Pawn Sacrifice (2014).
Maguire received a Golden Globe Award nomination for Best Actor in a Motion Picture Drama for Brothers (2009). He established his own production company in 2012 called Material Pictures, and co-produced Pawn Sacrifice (2014).
