"Bills 44th is hilarious, to its wacky characters and bills crazy personality. Bill is acted out by puppetry which was really well done as they managed to show emotion through body language and not speaking. This play is suited for all ages as the children can enjoy the wacky characters and the adults can see the true meaning behind bills emotion. I highly recommend this play as it will leave you very emotional and would 100% would make you want to see it again."

"A fantastic introduction to Commedia Dell'Arte with three outstanding performances by the cast members. The physicality of the actors, performances, costumes, music and of course those wonderful masks create an evocative experience as we are transported to Italy with these vignettes - some wonderfully amusing. Great stuff and a very unique show at the festival."

"My favourite part was the Brexit joke which I enjoyed greatly. The costumes were amazing / I loved the masks. The acting was intentionally bad which was funny. I enjoyed the sketch where he kept trying to present the show and knocked people down"
Ailie (Age 14) - ★★★★
"Masquerade is an Italian comedy and history performance. In this show there were 3 actors playing actors. All three actors were Italian and spoke in mostly Italian throughout the show, but when they did speak English it was really easy to understand. The story of this performance was that they were doing a show, all three of them were doing different scenes playing different characters each time and the way that they differentiated between them was by wearing masks and changing outfits. I would rate this show 4 stars as it was amazing but it wasn't as good as other things I saw at the fringe."

"A beautifully crafted, intimate sad and funny play about a father trying to find out more about his adult son's life after his death. He reunites with his son's boyfriend to try and uncover more about his son, unexpectedly - from his Yelp reviews! It's a really lovely play, impeccably played by the actors and just perfect writing. A unique experience today meant that the writer himself, Yilong Liu, had to cover a role for an unwell actor. I think this just added an extra enjoyment and another unexpected level to the production. Worth catching the last performance if you can."

"OMG WHAT A SHOW! How has he managed to bend my brain! He did so much mind reading it was crazy. He managed to lock into a random man’s phone and that same guy could unlock Colin’s phone also. He managed to make a kid get a card in a deck, the card he picked in that position. Also he got another person that was at the Fringe get three random words right. S tier show, one of the best at the Fringe. It’s so good I’m going through rehab right now to fix my brain. Five stars."
