Mix Up Theatre Reviews: ★★★★★

Hot off the back of sell-out runs at Edinburgh Fringe 2019, Soho Theatre London and San Fransisco Comedy Fest; multi-award-winning troupe Police Cops return with their latest comedy blockbuster. A gritty kitchen-sink drama turns into a vampire-slaying horror epic. Complete with a 90s rave soundtrack, supercharged physical comedy and more vampires that you can shake a stake at. Winner: Amused Moose Comedy Award. Winner: The Stage Award for Acting Excellence. ***** (EdFestMag.com). ***** (Stage). 'I paid £12, I would have paid £13' (Dara Ó Briain). 'Most brilliantly stupid comedy show of 2020' (Evening Standard).

Cameron - ★★★★★

“Police Cops are a polished unpolished tidy mess. In a good way.

The show established a solid plot which was built upon by nonstop laughter and banter.

Through all this nonstop comedy, it managed to convey an easy-to-understand plot which is

a very difficult act to juggle. The cast are very comfortable with one another, having worked

together for several year develops a natural chemistry that allows for the best spontaneous

improvisation. The running jokes that are (rather impressively) sometimes scripted manage

to keep a freshness throughout the show that keeps the audience engaged and alert. The

show shares a lot of energy with the play that goes wrong. These aspects being the panic of

something going wrong being converted into more material for the audience to enjoy. A

very chaotic masterpiece."

Eugene - ★★★★★

“Extremely funny with most of the show leaving me in hysterics. A combination of funny and well explored characters mixed with well placed jokes and improv give this show not only face value entertainment but a charm and connection to the actors who bring the show to life. Overall, I must recommend this as not only is the humour almost always spot on, but it also has a narrative that is engaging and fun to see unfold."

Kenny - ★★★★

“Improvisation in certain scenes was executed perfectly really funny thoroughly enjoyed this show"
