MIX UP REVIEWS:

Daniel (Age 12) - ★★★★
"The rise of the planet of the apes was a good movie.
It had good characters with great actors playing them and a compelling storyline with a good build up.
I felt it could have done with a bit more action but it was still a good movie.
Personally I haven't seen any other planet of the apes movies but from what I have saw the movie could have done with a bit of a better ending to wrap up so much build up.
Overall it was a good movie with a good set of characters and storyline."

The sequels are equally great and make this one of the best trilogies in recent years. The original film still holds up well but the first reboot by Tim Burton in 2001 was a bit of a misfire. Avengers: Endgame is another sci-fi film at its best. There's creatures running amok in the Jurassic Park reboot series and in Godzilla reboot Shin Godzilla, whilst some scary apes show up in sci-fi action movie The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. Meanwhile there's a furry member of the rebel team in Star Wars: Rebels.
