Mix Up Theatre is a Youth Theatre providing drama classes aimed at evolving and nurturing the imagination by developing the skills of the students as performers and storytellers. Through creative drama and techniques we create brand new pieces of devised theatre.

Mix Up Theatre provides a 'mix-up' of all aspects of performance and we have regular one-off workshops from professional companies and practitioners .

We also love a group trip to the theatre!

We're called Mix Up Theatre because we offer a Mix Up of all things theatre!

SUMMER 2026 at Mix Up Theatre!

Dive into adventure this summer with our Underwater Atlantis Drama Camps for young performers.

Children will spend the week creating their own ocean‑themed show through drama & devising, arts & crafts, teamwork, and imaginative play — all leading to a fun Friday performance for families.

Part of our Explorer Trilogy: Jungle → Atlantis → Desert.

🎭 Edinburgh Fringe Festival Summer Camp

A high‑energy week at the heart of the world’s biggest arts festival for ages 5–17.

Young performers enjoy drama workshops (clowning, comedy, puppetry, circus skills), sessions with global artists, trips to Fringe shows, and hands‑on creative skill‑building in a buzzing festival atmosphere.
